While we ponder yet another decision for President people fail to see the whole picture.It does not matter if you are Democrat,Republican or Independant because unless we truly insist on our poloticians voting our vote on ALL ISSUES we are SCREWED!!! You go through life trying everything to succeed in your business or job to find unneccessary road blocks,WHY??? “REGULATION”. Regulations kill personal wants like the reason your boss cannot give you a raise or fix your car in your driveway to save money along with many things.For instance most business owners do not think about real costs like compensation insurance has on there employees.If an employee could opt out of compensation insurance the end result would be almost $2 per hour on average savings for the employer which could be passed to the employee.You could then purchase a private plan (AFLAC is one of them) for a small fraction of the cost! Some business owners would argue the $2 per hour savings is to high but they must keep in mind that liability insurance along with city,county and state regulations are where the hidden expenses lie since there excuse for passing regulation in most cases are indirectly connected to compensation regulation.
